ALLENTOWN, PA (10/18/13) – Harbortouch today announced that Melba’s Restaurant, located in New York City, was the grand prize winner of the company’s Business Upgrade Contest. The restaurant was awarded $10,000 in cash plus a free Harbortouch Elite POS system with all fees waived for one year.
